    A spa experience like no other

    Waking up to a fine lake view made our mornings magical. The spa's hydrotherapy pool was divine.

    While the automated controls in the room were efficient, they took time to master. It was a minor hurdle in an otherwise fabulous stay!

    Nice comfy base for 2 nights with incredibly helpful and professional staff from Paulo through to the chambermaids. Convenient location for visiting restaurants and bars. Again, not far from Menaggio.

    Couples looking for a hidden gem

    This place has the kind of service that'll. They took care of us like we were family, especially the staff at the concierge who helped us plan some very nice hikes and local restaurant spots. The spa experience was unreal! I could've spent all day there-so relaxing.

    The price wasn't exactly pocket change, but you get what you pay for!

    Staying here reminded me of a dream, especially with the amazing spa treatments and the fine heated pool to relax by after a busy day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, a bit slow at times, but didn't take away from the fantastic experience overall. Definitely try the outdoor dining option for a nice evening 😊

    Great hotel all round. Staff were very friendly, they were very responsive to all our demands/ questions, and the pool was top class. One suggestion- Internet access in the rooms would be ideal. We are planning a return visit as our trip was very successful.

    We loved the beautiful breakfast and relaxing spa. We explored nearby restaurants and cafes, and the views were fine. Don't miss the delicious pizza at the restaurant! Just keep an eye on your bill at checkout as there were some unexpected charges.

    Our room was decent but small and dark. The bathroom had an unpleasant, musty smell, a bit off-putting.

    The Prestige Room Park View was super comfy with a large tv and a minibar. Waking up to the amazing view of Lake Como from the balcony was unreal. The spa facilities included saunas and a salt room, and the complimentary access really added to our experience. Breakfast had fresh pastries and a Prosecco bar.

    Free parking, excellent location in Menaggio. The concierge booked us a table at a restaurant we knew of and called us a taxi. Hire boat service out front (I assume affiliated with the hotel) very helpful and good value.

    We chose an attic room on price, it was a bit tired and the pillows were hard. I assume other rooms are more luxurious...
